I think you're right, but what about the criminal charges? Forging these memos was a federal felony. The culprits can't invoke any "non-disclosure agreement" in that venue.

OK - I'm confused (not a new thing, I know). The guy provides forged documents to CBS for a leftist fraud of a story. He is ratted out by CBS so he's going to sue them? He brought it on himself by providing the documents....good grief.
