Ok, I will bite. What in your opinion would be the ultimate proof that the Soviets are gone? After all, since according to you they hide in the shadows and are pulling the strings behind everything, how could you ever know that they are actually gone? For that matter, how do you know that they have not taken control of other nations, maybe even our own? Maybe they have rigged our presidential race totally, controlling everything the two candidates do? After all, they are in the back ground, how can you know?

Indie, no the Russians didn't have it coming to them any more than the Chechens. Both are innocents being slaughtered as pawns by Putin and his KGB minions in accordance with Soviet long-range strategy. You write like you haven't read the article, or the thread for that matter.

Betcha this is mental illness emanating from the minds of "Paleocon" types that believe there is a moral equivalency between Islam and Christianity, therefore, a Chechen state is not necessarily a terrorist state. I'd bet they believe the Israelis are villains too...that would fit into their world view and ideological outlook somewhere...
