"Windows Media Player cannot find the specified file. Be sure the path is typed correctly. If it is, the file does not exist at the specified location, or the computer where the file is stored is offline. "

When you click on More Info, one of the causes listed is "server busy" which sounds reasonable.

Hannity is going to play the ad after the break. I couldn't get it to play either. Same "server is busy" thingie.
