I think we should be looking much closer to home for the bad guys - they are all around us - not quite like the mafia as kerrey would attempt to portrait them - at least the mafia did not intentionally target civilians - maybe we should get them involved like we did in wwII - just a thought.

I'd be willing to bet we're already playing "dirty pool".
