This is what we do; We target and infiltrate the manufacturer of the Ninja costumes. Then we apply a deadly poison to the inner side of the fabric that is quickly absorbed through the skin of the wearer. I don't know what kind of poison we should use, Washington can figure it out, but it must be a sure killer.
