No, they haven't. They are the same as they were when G-d made Adam.
I'm not supporting the idea that Islam = terrorism. I'm just saying that it's not about a religion evolving. The understanding of that religion changes over the centuries, true. But the texts have not evolved, and Christianity and Judaism are still based upon those texts.

I was actually planning on going to a seminary. Had the money, and interviews and everything.
And then I REALLY started doing some reading and decided against THAT and gave up Christianity for Lent.
If I was GOING to choose a main-stream religion, I'd be a Jew, but a bunch of that would be out of sympathy and solidarity for Israel, so i do not. .

We don't have Crusades being launched with the Pope's blessing in order to glom onto land and resources, old ladies aren't being burned at the stake, Jews aren't being forced to live in ghettos and children on Indian reservations aren't having their names changed and being forced to convert to Christianity or forbidden to speak their native languages.
