I am convinced the battle of "The West" vs. Islam, if it continues on its current path, will ultimately result in the rise in the west of something similar to the Nazi's Third Reich. Western cultures will eventually get tired of being forced to adapt to fit immigrants of a radically different culture. This is the reverse of traditional immigration to the west, where the immigrants adapted to western culture. Witness Canada allowing Shira law to be used to resolve disputes among muslims. If stronger measures are not taken to preserve the cultures of western societies, more radical anti-muslim western political leaders will gain clout, and eventually a voter backlash against the muslims will result in the radical anti-muslim politicians winning elections. This could ultimately resulting in segregation of muslims from the general population, and perhaps even stronger measures, especially if there are major terrorist attacks.
And, God forbid, if there is ever a nuclear terrorist attack on a western nation, it would be easy for a radical western leader to run for political office on a "the only good muslim is a dead muslim" platform, and potentially win, resulting in a "final solution" to "the muslim problem."
I believe we have act now to preserve western culture and preserve the ideals of the Renaissance and the American Revolution. We cannot allow well-meaning, but misguided liberals to allow the establishment of sub-cultures in western societies that directly conflict with western ideals about the rule of law and individual liberty. To do so is to intentionally create a volatile situation. It sets these societies up for a potentially very ugly internal conflict.
We must take a long-term view on all of our decisions. Both Sweden, tolerating arranged marriages, even when it violates the individual liberties of those involved, and Canada, establishing Shira courts, even when it violates the individual liberties of those involved, doing these things in the name of "tolerance", will only breed intolerance in the long term.
I hope I am wrong, but in case I am not, consider yourself warned.

We cannot allow the Enlightenment values of individual responsibility (vs. group guilt), due process of law, and liberty to be destroyed by these terrorist sympathizers.
