I really have no idea. I've never been a 'Moo' or studied the religion. I have no idea what goes on inside a mosque. It is easy enough to read the Koran, but I don't know what is being taught from their pulpits. Could it be that American mulims are taught a peaceful message and they ignore or gloss over sections of the Koran that we in the west find offensive? Christian churches do that all the time - usually by putting the offending passages in the context of a situation that existed several thousand years ago.
I have precisely one muslim relative (an aunt) in my otherwise Christian family. She is Saudi, and is neither stupid nor evil. My uncle converted to Islam after they married. They are both exceptionally smart & successful people and are both very conservative Bush supporters. I'm not certain they (at least he) would remain muslim if the message was violent or anti-American.
So, what do they have to say about the death cult they've hooked up with? Are they too afraid, stupid, or ashamed to admit their association with goons who behead innocent people in the name of their so-called "religion"?
What, to them, is the benefit of associating with, and sharing beliefs with, murdering despots?
What makes Islam, in their minds, superior to real religions that don't go out murdering children and other innocents?
Where's the payoff for these morons?
I guess what I'm saying is: Screw the Moos.
SO what is the purpose of being a Muslim or should I say practicing the religion of ISLAM? DO they stone women? are women 2nd class citizens in Muslim Culture? Is MOhammed a Prophet of the the GOD that Jews and Christians Worship...your family members might be wonderful people but ISLAM is not....
My advice to you: cut their throats as they sleep.

In his sermon of Friday, September 10th, 2004, televised on PA TV, Sheikh Ibrahim Madiras told the Arabs of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza, "The Prophet said: the Resurrection will not take place until the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Muslims kill them. The Muslims will kill the Jews, rejoice in it, rejoice in Allah's Victory. The Muslims will kill the Jews, and he (the Jew) will hide. The Prophet said: the Jews will hide behind the rock and tree, and the rock and tree will say: oh servant of Allah, oh Muslim this is a Jew behind me, come and kill him! Why is there this malice? Because there are none who love the Jews on the face of the earth; not man, not rock, and not tree; everything hates them. They destroy everything. They destroy the trees and destroy the houses. Everything wants vengeance on the Jews, on these pigs on the face of the earth, and the day of our victory, Allah willing, will come."
In both the above sermon of Sheikh Madiras and the address of Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Maadi which follows, the religious leaders present the killing of Jews not merely as the will of Allah, but also as a necessary stage in history that should be carried out now.
On September 12th, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Maadi on his weekly PA TV show, said the following: "We are waging this cruel war with the brothers of the monkeys and pigs, the Jews and the sons of Zion. The Jews will fight you, and you will subjugate them. Until the Jew will stand behind the tree and rock. And the tree and rock will say: oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him."
There, now you know what they say in the Mosques. So you can no longer protest innocence, you have had that stripped from you by a real Islamic Sermon. They teach it, they preach it and they do it while they are lying about it.
Because at the exact same time, PA spokesperson Hanan Ashrawi, declared to an English speaking audience, "Peace with justice is not an abstract value; it is a real determining factor of our lives. It is a most basic human right, and we appreciate everything you've done, in order not just to talk about peace with justice for Palestine and Israel, but also to act on that basis."
It seems while they protest innocence and peace in english, they demand genocide from the pulpet in Arabic.
I guess it is no suprise now why they kill children and cut of helpless peoples heads while they are braying "don't harm the moderates" is it?

...and they ignore or gloss over sections of the Koran that we in the west find offensive? (Torture is not offensive in the East why? Because everyone does it?)
Try harder to gloss this over will ya, yer thin lip gloss ain't a cutting it.
