He makes no sense. On one hand he wants the Iraqis, not our troops to fight their own battles and then he whines because we used Afghanis to go up into Tora Bora and not our troops. What the????
Just like capturing 2/3 of Al Queda is not good enough without Osama, even though capturing Osama is not good enough either.
