Just out of curiosity, anyone know how many days it's been since Kerry had a presser?

You know John Kerry is hurting when sitting next to David Letterman during his guest appearance last night David Letterman came across as BETTER Presidential material than Kerry. Letterman made Kerry look like Dopey one of the seven dwarfs. Kerry has no there there.

Over 40 days since Kerry spoke to anyone on his press plane and the stock answer from the media is that President Bush hasn't done a press conference either.
Comparing apples to oranges as usual.

This is pre-agreed-to bs.
What did you expect?
And you better believe the clap on/clap off cued audience was pre-screened as well. Ech... phonies, all phonies

"Weld debated him about 6 times in Massachusetts. Said kerry was a "good debter" but strayed from subject and used convoluted sentences. "
Weld also said that Kerry outright lies about statistics, figures, etc. We've already seen that in his speeches through the campaign. Like Edwards, he's a trial lawyer at heart. He practices the drama of the courtroom, throwing out fantasy allegations against the President and the Republicans, thus planting the seed in the public's mind, which in Kerry's mind represents the jury.

Isn't he on the intelligence commity?
He's on the roster. That's about it. He misses a lot of meetings for some reason. Oh, that's right, he already knows everything so he doesn't have to attend. I forgot.

I think that was the lamest top ten list I have ever seen in my life Plus totally misdirected. To prove you are a regular guy, your top ten list should be self mocking, not an attack on your opponent. Howard Dean and Dennis Kuchinich had it right when they did it.

after Kerry left the stage, Letterman said "man - that felt like I just fell off a moving truck!" talking about how painful the interview was ..CBS edited it out! WTF?!?!??! Another Kerry protection tactic? Dave's a got the image of a light entertainment guy, so that type of remark would not be broadcast. But I think that he said it to the studio audience is a measure of his dislike of Kerry.

Now apply the same transformation to CBS.
