Someone needs to get a copy of the Fortunate Son video and slow down the video at the docs. Then figure out whether those images are taken directly from the CBS website, or the USAToday images, or whether they are different from both of those. If different, it would seem to mean that the DNC had independent copies of those documents at the time the Fortunate Son video was made.
The Fortunate Son video was released on Sept 14th. What are the odds that the DNC only had those documents a few days before release of the video? Almost nothing.

With digital film editing, changes can be made overnight, if not instantly. The time-consuming part would have been changing the voiceover if that would have been necessary.
