"In early 2000, President Putin divided Russia into seven "super" districts, each headed by a "presidential representative," and he gave five of these seven new posts to former KGB officers. Soon, his KGB colleagues occupied nearly 50 percent of the top government positions in Moscow."

Interesting, isn't it?

But don't you see, the KGB were, all along, secretly, these really wonderful, neo Czarist, God fearing Orthodox Christians. And all along, the West had them completely misunderstood. Once liberated of the yoke of the CPUSSR, they assumed their natural niches as born leaders. And, mind you, they are clean up all the corruption (because they caused it and launched it in the first place). All we need to do is shut up and give them a chance. All those ICBMs? They are there to hold off the PRC, who have their eyes on the frozen wastes of Siberia (not just for gypo logging, but to move in the masses!). The Treaty of Friendship and Understanding of July 16, 2001 is just an illusion. The coming conflict between the Russians and Chinese will dwarf any we shall have with either of them. And, most of all, we must fear the Islamonazis, with or without their support networks in Russia, the PRC, Syria and Iran. After all, armed solely by the Saudis and the sheer power of mosques in suburban Detroit, they shall conquer the Earth. /sarcasm
