Update
Capital guard victim in the shooting is a 51 year old man from Petersburg, IL (town NW of Springfield). He leaves behind a wife, 16 year old son, and a 12 year old daughter. No word yet on apprehending the suspect; earlier reports of police surrounding building was a lead that didn't pan out.
