How will reducing class sizes show enormous results when you will still have kids (and their parents) in those classes who dont care about education and disrupt the classroom? I do like your statements about getting troublemakers out if they disrupt the classroom. Just seems to me that the class size arguement will not really work until more parents and kids are held accountable for their actions (lack of).

Also I dont think you help yourself any by taking that shot at someone who home schools.

because lower class sizes, especially in the first 3 grades, allows us to catch those who would fall between the cracks. It is proven to work.
