I should say so- Does anyone know what type of federal offence it is to create and distribute forged documents? This must be a felony and a case of libel and slander against Bush.

Wire fraud is a felony, and if it is proved that CBS knowingly disseminated fraudulent documents into the public domain, it could result in the revocation of the license to broadcast of CBS's owned affilliated radio and TV stations...in other words, bankruptcy for CBS.
