Doubt it.
The simple fact is that he is no longer fit to be Her Majesty's representative. He can hold any opinion that he wants, and it makes no difference; I don't mind him expressing those opinions under Chatham House rules, however, those rules have now been broken. He has held a position which is opposed to that of Her Majesty's Government, and should have resigned immediately it became public.
