Why should your ketchup?

W Ketchup™ is made in America, from ingredients grown in the USA.

A portion of every sale is donated to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for the children of active duty service members killed in the line of duty.

Looks like this is for real an alternative to Heinz ketchup. Some enterprising entrepreneur came up with a good idea and gives a percentage to the families of those fallen serving their country.

I have not bought Heinz Ketchup the last 3 times I bought it, I switched to Hunts... Heinz is better, but I don't believe supporting such an outfit that donates to the organizations thats the Heinz Foundation does. So, I will just suffer with the Hunts, Its not really THAT bad, actually I'm getting used to it.

Hain makes good ketchup - I think better quality than Heinz or Hunts.

Yeah, not too common. I've only seen it out here in California. They make salad dressing, mayonaise, etc. too. Probably a bit more expensive than Hunts or Hienz.

They make Salt too. I didn't know that until today, i looked for some salt in the pantry, my mom said that was all they had in the store when she went shopping. I was surprised because we usually get Mortons, i'm not sure hot to spell it.

We got a whole case of 'em a couple of months ago...it's not much more expensive than store-bought stuff, and it's delicious! Plus, part of the proceeds go to provide scholarships for children of fallen military heroes. Win-win.

We did, too. It is very good ketchup, and I'm proud to have it on the table when the liberal in-laws visit.

Correction "made" ketchup..
Seems of the major brands, only Heinz, Hunts and Del Monte are still in the market..

There are local brands, and in some areas, like the southwest, one may find brands like "Prima", which is a fave in Mexico and Central America..

My first case (12 bottles) arrived last week, and I've given away 9 to family, friends and fellow Conservatives. I'll be ordering a 2nd case this week. IMO, a bit more rich and tangy than Heinz and Hunts. And a bit more expensive, but since some of the proceeds are going for a very worthy cause, I deem it well worth it.

Yes, it IS for real. We have it available at our Republican headquarters here. I even took a picture when I was down there for an open house.
