What you just said made me curious, so I was going to post a reply. I always look at someone's home page before I post. I went to look at yours. There is so much stuff on it, now I've forgotten what I was going to say.
Oh, yes. I hope they catch them all before the election. I would hate to have a repeat of what President Reagan and the rest of us went through. I hate using up our stocks of miracles unnecessarily.

But there was a book recently about 2 guys discussing assassination, and then during the repub convention, there was a play going on which was also about the same subject.
These people are obsessed with death.

Interesting.... I posted a couple days ago my concern for this possibility. I suspected the culprits were more likely raging liberals than terrorists.

Mostly--at least those that have been publicized--but there have been exceptions. Of those I'm aware of:
--In 1934 there was a plot backed by leaders of Morgan Bank, Du Pont, and General Motors to overthrow FDR in a military coup and install General Smedley Butler as President. However when the conspirators tried to persuade Butler to join the plot, he told FDR.
--Again in 1939, there was a similar plot by officers of V Corps and a KKK-like group called the Knights of the White Cardelia, which was allied with Nazi agents, to overthrow FDR and replace him with Major General George Van Horn Moseley.
--In 1963 an anti-Castro group plotted to kill JFK by flying a plane into Air Force One as it approached Miami. This was one of several plots against JFK at this time, involving both right-wing and left-wing groups.
Reagan was shot and fortunate to live from what I understand.

In no way do I want to say this but after W wins again, certain people on the left are going to lose it emotionally and some will go the route of the Black Panthers ans Weather Underground mixed with a liberal dose of radical islamic terror techniques.
It will be the final nail in the coffin of the Libs hopes for the regaining of power.

Actually, I would expect McAwful to suggest the repubs did this for attention and sympathy .. especially since Kerry is going to swamp Bush in the debates .. geeeeee .. isn't that what they said about Gore ..??

It's absolutely a 'MUST READ and DISSEMINATE' thread.
I wondered what the "hate-Bush" crowd was going to do if there was no release for their hatred that comes from a Kerry win. I especially wondered what would happen if it looked like it would be a Bush blowout.
I expected it to come to this.
