Fox News Channel | Sept. 19/04 9pm Eastern

I have seen some preview spots on this show. It should be good. They supposedly speak of the connection between the UN Oil For Food scandal and the possible funding of terrorism.

I have seen nothing to indicate that Shays is to be trusted.

Really? I've seen nothing to indicate that he can't be.

"What was Marc Rich's alleged crime?

In 1983, Rich was indicted in federal court of evading more than $48 million in taxes. He was also charged with 51 counts of tax fraud and with running illegal oil deals with Iran during the hostage crisis.

So does the pardon mean that if Rich leaves Switzerland (where he's been living for 17 years and seems quite happy to stay) and comes back to the U.S., that he won't face any legal proceedings at all?

Possibly. He's free of any criminal charges in connection with the case, but Rich can still be charged in civil court on, say, tax evasion charges. In fact, when Clinton finally signed off on Rich's pardon, the President stipulated that Rich waive the statute of limitations normally placed on as yet unspecified civil charges"

He also is involved in the UN BLOOD MONEY Oil for food.

According to the numbers here and those reported elsewhere, the percentage of other than US troops in this Iraq conflict is 13.6%. In the first Iraq conflict, the number was 5.2%. Hey, Mr sKerry, which was the better coalition?

"And THAT's the biggest part of this story. Tie France, Russia to Oil for Food and you know why W had to "go it alone." Saddam BOUGHT a veto. Puke!"

Yup he sure did. It sickens me how most don't see it either.
Most of the points you make here on FR is supported by the book "Treachery" by Bill Gertz.
It is the best book EVER!! I wish it was a required reading before people could vote in Nov. LOL
