Growing up in Los Angles I came to and age when I was married to a Los Angeles Police Officer, I knew many of them when they removed the choke hold it was the City's downfall.
I remember many cops had a presence of intimidation they worked in the worst areas of the city, South Central East L.A, and dealt with every low life criminal possible. Was there problems? sure there were, in every industry there is problems but for the most part you had white, black, mexican big burly dudes out there protecting the city that did not have to catch criminal with every high tech gadget. Now you have a police department that cannot do anything without someone wanting to sue..Being a Cop in Los Angeles is a Thankless Job...
FYI: Angle Dust gives individual a massive amount of strength let alone the psychosis they experience...Cops have shot people on Dust and that has not stopped them.
What would you do if you had a guy coming at you the size of Rodney King on Angel Dust ?
3.8 Million yet King manages to be arrested numerous times after his settlement, beat up his wife, refuse to pay child support, a continual alcohol and drug abuser....
We will remember him alright!
