I've always suspected Russia and China as being complicent, if not directly responsible for the multitude of terror groups in existance today
For me, this article is definitely more food for thought.
Perhaps some of our more research oriented China/Russia experts (freepers) can add more grist to this mill.

Thanks Jasper, when I first posted "We Are The Next Target" I figure it'd probably go over like a lead balloon (given its length). You guys proved me wrong. As for the ALL CAPS lady up above, I wouldn't be suprised if she's a tenured professor at one of our "top" universities.
