And just FYI, right now in Russia private property is much more private than it is in most of this country. The Russians, once they buy a place, can do whatever the heck they want to do with it and their land. No building permits, no county licenses, no electricians certificates, etc. No neighborhood societies requiring this or that.
They might have more dacha fires, but they are far more free when it comes to real freedom, in this and some other aspects, than most of us. If you want to hear the rest of their freedoms, let me know.
