It is dangerous, and causes injury and after time, the functioning of the rectum is seriously affected.
I'm sure that's a major selling point that chickenhawks use for their victims: "Hey, you know doctors will come out and talk about any little thing that hurts you, like second-hand smoking. Don't you think you would have heard that butt sex is dangerous by know?"
