Oh, we can imagine it. In fact, some of us think making history is a burden we gladly bear. It is up to us, the most powerful force in the world, the citizens of the United States, to make sure the history we are making is one in which the Republic prevails, freedom spreads, and a civilized world is preserved as the legacy for our children.

Welcome to the fight.

Dittos on ruining my life.. I spent the first couple days after the Buckhead post just reading everything I could, but soon felt the urge to jump in. It is absolutely addicting. Thank all for your wonderful thoughts and humor.

I used to think FR was a bunch of GOP parrots, but I've been quite pleasantly surprised to find many people willing to criticize Repubs AND RATS when their actions conflict with conservative values and principles.

The amount of news and information available here is second to none as far as I'm concerned. Thanks JimRob and all FRiends!

Welcome to FR!

Mooner: You did the right thing by announcing your arrival...

omstrat: Is 77034 still as humid and traffic-choked as ever? BTW, how many miles is it across town now? Forty-five years ago, it was fifty-seven miles to my girlfriend's house -- and we both lived inside the city limits... :-(
