It was on a Yahoo Groups message list. It wasn't even as private as an email. There were more of the same from him posted there.

Wouldn't he have to be to try to pass off such poor forgeries? And only another moron would put them on national TV without thoroughly vetting their provenance.
Well, yes. This actually may or could or might or possibly be a forged version, but we know it contains the content of what was in the original Yahoo posting.
At least that's what an 86-year-old Yahoo lurker tells us.
