Dan Rather in Dallas today

Tom Daschole must be very disappointed over this...
C-BS producers and document experts must be rocket scienists, I would have thought only one was real.
Thanks for the info and link. I was gone mostof the day today and could not wait to get back to see what was new on FR. Do you think he is down there to meet up with the Texas evildoers?
There is a reason other than stupidity that Rather's documents are so obviously faked. I don't know what it is, but there is.
Dan and Mary MApes are on the run, like Thelma and Louise.
(Rather said that about the Russian coup plotters in the early 90s after their coup failed)
That doesn't mean the story isn't "fundamentally true", of course...
(NARS)... (Non-Affiliated Reserve Section) .. standby reserves essentially
That's what I figured. So far I have seen not one document that said that President Bush had obligations in Boston other than letting them know his address, in the event that they wanted to activate him.
Great job. We need to get hold of Bill Burkett's signature and/or handwriting samples. If Bill Burkett is involved, we can put the blame on John Kerry and the Democrats. Then truly we will have a landslide, and another Watergate.
Uncanny resemblance, particularly the signatures.
"who can finalize this?"
As far as the current employment of Rather and Mapes, all it would take is a Roy Disney type to lead a massive investors' revolt against Viacom. Demand an SEC investigation because Viacom is putting Rather above the welfare of the shareholders. If money talks, Rather walks.
What is the slogan of the archetypal liberal organization? "By Any Means Necessary." It's a surprise that the goodwill of Cbs itself would be the sacrificial lamb in this case, but perhaps someone figured out that Cbs is put in a no-win situation anyway by competition with newcomers like Fox News. If the endgame includes control of the Supreme Court for the next four years, sacrificing Cbs is chump change at this level of the game.
Do you think we can find a signed copy of his lawsuit? I've googled for it but the only links that come up are FR and MoreLaw
