President Bush was communicating with me. So, There it is. When he repeats himself, he's pushing to move issue forward here.. Our 'code is pretty straighforard.

It's a dodge - Dan is stringing along until we get the hidden meaning story to a point that it is ready for publication.

What I need is some rediting of my work to compose a readable document... There are some areas that I'm not familar with and some things need fact checked.
