ARLINGTON, VA -- Bush-Cheney '04 Campaign Manager Ken Mehlman issued the following statement: "On the eve of Prime Minister Allawi's visit to the United States, John Kerry's military advisor is preaching defeat and suggesting retreat in Iraq. Such a withdrawal would be a victory for the terrorists and a defeat for freedom everywhere. John Kerry must explain if this is his new position on Iraq. "Our troops deserve better than to constantly hear the Kerry campaign's pessimism and lack of faith in the value of the mission from America's leaders. "Since John Kerry first called our allies 'window dressing,' he has been pushing his pessimistic view of progress in the War on Terror. When the transfer of sovereignty approached, John Kerry said it couldn't be done and he was proven wrong. Now he is saying that the Iraqi people are incapable of conducting elections, and in January the Iraqi people will prove him wrong again. "John Kerry's pessimism, shifting positions and lack of resolve will not win the fight against the terrorists. His campaign has demonstrated again that it has nothing to offer but attacks on the President's agenda for creating a safer world."
On the other hand.......
some things are just a lost cause.
More importantly, Kerry is emboldening our enemies. Just as in Vietnam, Kerry has the blood of American soldiers and native innocents on his hands. If he does not realize this, he is too stupid to be President. If he does, it is an entirely different matter. In either case, he is Unfit for Command.
I'm hoping President Bush calls Kerry a defeatist in one of the debates.
In my book, Kerry is a TREASONOUS TRAITOR TO THE UNITED STATES!!! HE ALWAYS WAS, AND STILL IS --- !!!!
Bush should refer to Kerry as a weakling who can't even stand the heat of a campaign. Taking that and adding it to Kerry's vacillating on dealing with America's greatest threat, Bush should say that Cheney was absolutely right: Electing Kerry would place America in grave danger.
Mehlman the Mailman delivers more postive news...
