The governor has 12 days left to approve or reject hundreds of bills on his desk, including high-profile measures that would raise the state minimum wage, enact a ``car buyer's bill of rights,'' and allow California to import low-cost prescription drugs from Canada.

Private Democratic polling has found all three measures are popular with voters, putting Schwarzenegger in the difficult position of having to reject bills that are favored by average Californians, but opposed by some of his top donors.


"average californians" .. what the heck is that? Are they now a special interest too? ;-)

The word 'Business' has a whole different meaning to 'Rats anyway. Time to give them the business.
