Cox' answers were okay, but usually way to short, which is understandable given the format constraints. He often only briefly hit one of the several answers to these birdbrained questions.

Cox did allright. But he fails to mention the primary reason for the RKBA, which is for the people to protect ourselves against a tyrannical gov't.
