CITY TEAM CAPTAIN REQUIREMENTS AND CITY TEAM CAPTAIN SIGNUP ROSTER
The following are the requirements that a City Team Captain must fulfill. Via email keep these following members continually notified of what actions you are taking in behalf of the caravan and when needed , ask for prior permission before taking any actions:
Do not make any commitments on behalf of the Veterans Caravan until you receive written permission via email from either Rick Bolanos, Larry Romo or Jim Cumming.
You are the host for the time we come to your city/town to the point we leave your city/town. It is imperative that we keep to our timeline so your plan for us must keep to the times listed in the schedule. There is no room for flexibility unless there is an extreme emergency beyond human control. 7. CITY TEAM CAPTAIN SIGNUP ROSTER
