Pray for me and my family. My son has cancer, and I believe I am going to be laid off very soon.
I am praying for you right now. You are in a hard place, but you are not alone - and take heart, there is always something to lift the heart. Your son will feed of your hope, and your hope will help him to live. You are a joy to your son, and he will be so glad you are there for him...
Prayers for both you and your son. May you both stay strong and comfort one another. May your son recover swiftly. And may God show the love that he has for all of us, to the both of you now and provide strength and comfort.

I want to let you all know that the lay-off did not happen. This place is still in a melt-down, but I think I have time now to find something new while still getting a paycheck (and insurance). Thank you all for your prayers.
