It is my understanding that Ginsburg only advised them on the campaign finance laws and how it would apply to the Swift Boat ads.

I heard Ginsberg speak on this in an interview. He does review the ad content for the swifties. That's part of what he does. The kerry clip would have to have been cleared by Ginsberg before the commercial was made. It may have something to do with the uplink company that did the uplink service for abc during kerry's remote appearance on Good Morning America. Swifties will likely run this ad and wait to see if an injunction is ordered.
