I've told this before...but I bet I don't stop repeating it:
In 1986 or 87, in Sacramento, CA, on a cable channel, I watched a lengthy (2 hours?) expose' on the old b*tch. It showed footage of her while actually IN the tank--wielding an anti-aircraft weapon in her dirty, treasonous hands--saying, (paraphrasing) "ooo, I wish an American plane would fly over so I could shoot it down."
It seems to have disappeared since then. I have assumed that her other hubby Teddy purchased it for her for some special occasion.

Vagina's Vote"
Ugh! When is this HO going to go?
Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho, when is this HO going to go?
NoNo let the HO stay, great for GW. Keep it up Jane and you will get at least 90% of Vietnam Vets and their families to vote for GW. You go girl! I mean older vagina woman.

I am deeply saddened and concerned at the timing of this. What else is the White House and Rove gonna do to try to undermine Sen. Kerry's campaign. It just is not fair.

Kerry needs lots more of Hanoi Jane speaking out. She and Fat Teddy should travel on the bus with him, speak at every stop. Yes, that would help his chances. But what would cinch the election for him is an in depth interview of Tereza Heinz-Kerry by Brit Hume on Fox.

"I cannot believe Kerry thinks this can help him."
Kerry has absolutley NO control over his campaign. It's degenerated into a free-for-all where any sleazy political operative is grabbing for any free-floating political cash that's available until the whole enterprise destructs on election day, and some poor deluded few are vying for political gain on the off-chance that he might miraculously win.

ZAHN: Jane, you have spent a number of years trying to put your controversial Vietnam past behind you. And yet for the last week or so, we have seen a tremendous amount of news coverage on George W. Bush's service in the national guard and questions being asked about John Kerry's service in Vietnam.
What does that tell us about how raw the feelings are to this day about the Vietnam War?
FONDA: It tells us that they're raw. It tells us that we have not healed. We need to heal from this wound, because it's very directly connected to what -- to the new wound. We haven't learned, you know, the lessons of Vietnam.
ZAHN: Jane, you have apologized to the families of Vietnam War vets, saying that maybe you have said some things that you wish you hadn't said along the way. Do you think you'll ever be able to satisfy people to this day who question what you did in Vietnam?
FONDA: No. There's a lot of people who -- who -- it's a cottage industry to hate me. And if they -- if they stop, that might mean that they'd have to look at some things that would question their own identity. And that's -- it's very hard for people to do.
Hanoi Jane and those who supported her must never be forgiven.

It can be offensive if you let it. I agree with you and at the same time, I can see the transparent attempt at "shock value." I wonder if anyone has asked her to explain the name, I mean,,it's vagina's,,with an apostrophe,,indicating possession,,like a vagina has a vote? It doesn't work, it's poorly done and it can be insulting, I agree. However, it fits perfectly with the person delivering the message-she doesn't care if she offends, hello! Look at her history. She considers it a privilege.
I for one don't think vagina is a bad word. I think it can be slurred just as any body part can,,,to take on a blue meaning. Don't let it get to you too much. Dems are not known for decency or boundaries.

It's been a long time since Fonda's been invited to any Hollywood cocktail partys, I suppose she thinks this will be her ticket back in.
