For years you have claimed to be the watchdogs of democracy. By now it should be clear to you that the watchdogs have.....well......a watchdog.
Nobody ever checked on you, but soon you became lazy and complacent and eventually, your work became partisan. Now, we will perform the function for you that you perform for the government. We'll just be looking over your shoulder, making sure you are reporting just the facts.
Well, thanks, but all I did was cut and paste. The crack investigative reporter was elfman2, at the behest of REAL SEAL Travis McGee. They broke this case wide open on the thread of September 13, and AP is only now just issuing a retraction. (I ask you, who are the REAL journalists, eh?)
Those are just the ones that the Pajama Brigade has actually called them on. The real question is: How many stories have been fudged, massaged, or made entirely out of whole cloth over the years to further the liberal Democrat agenda that nobody has ever called them on? Rathergate cracked the entire shell of news media bias wide open...and my guess is the credentialed journalists are quaking in their boots.
