I was thinking the same thing. His tix are for next weekend, too, yet the article never mentioned that it was pretty unlikely Bonds would still be at 699 at that point.
Oh, you never know. Maybe Bonds will get on a hot streak and have 708-09 by Friday.
Then those tickets may really be worth something.
Seriously doubt it, though.
