There's no way this is going to move votes. Money on this ad is money down the drain. Viewers not already familiar with the event and issue involved will just be left confused. They'll shrug and say, "whatever". Negative ads that aren't effective like this BACKFIRE. If you throw mud you must hit effectively or people think you are just smearing. They should show the one with lots of sincere testimonials, including the guy who treated Kerry for his first purple heart. THAT is convincing, that reaches people, this does not.
So far I've counted one person that agrees with you, and about 80 that apparently do not.
