bad behavior. And they might have offended other members of the union, as well. But the solution is not 'swift justice' in the middle of the night. It's for local prosecutors to go after this guy, maybe this whole group, and press charges. As I say, I mean - the guy's shown holding part of the torn banner in his hand!
