" Regardless of history, when they refused to stop they broke the law

Please note that the BORDER PATROL attempted to pull over Nethercott, the victim was at the ranch and is named Riddl(ed now). Based on the BP statements, "According to the warrant, Nethercott refused to pull over for Border Patrol agents on Aug. 31. After a slow-speed chase, the warrant said that Nethercott entered "a compound in Douglas occupied by members of Ranch Rescue." Riddle was identified as one of the people there." Now follow the ball and related to Nethercott. Remember, the other was Riddl(ed)after the BP got the FBI to serve the arrest warrant. Before the confrontation: 1.) Please give me a citation where it says a citizen, Nethercott, has to stop when told to do so by a Federal Agent, the Border Patrol. (The illegals don't and if they do, they aren't arrested.) 2.) Please cite the section of law that says the BP had a right to perform an attempted Felony Car Stop, in order to ? (not stated)

Clue, we were not dealing with an arrest warrant at the time the BP attempted to pull over Nethercott.
