Excellent article, thanks for the ping. That's how it works in the reserves. Some of my own "drilling units" were done on weekdays at college to satisfy the requirements to become a "Battery Commander". There would be no pay records for the time spent in school, but I was credited with "drill attendance". That's the Reserves/Nat.Grd. SOP.
This information was hardly lost in a time warp. The media should have given it to the public long ago. I think the bloggers have them rushing to get it all out...even by dribbles! LOL. Rather not only let the horses out of his own barn, but he has taken a lot of the false confidence people had in the media down with him.
