The guy on the left might be a Bush supporter with these people. His facial expression may be an attempt to comfort the little girl. You know how photos can capture a smile in the making, which can look like a smirk. People make all kinds of expression when trying to comfort little kids. I doubt it. He looks like a room temperature IQ, overpaid punk.
