I just received a call from my Boulder CO Election Commission office telling me that Absentee Ballots will be mailed out to all citizens living outside of the US, the first week of October.
If and posters or lurkers living outside of the US have not filled out the appropriate requests, you must do so by the end of the September. If you need assistance, please contact the “Republicans Abroad” web site for chapter info and contact info.

BTW, I am out of CO living in western Canada where a swagger is also called a w-a-l-k.
