(CNSNews.com) - The U.S. Navy released documents Wednesday contradicting claims by Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry that all of his available military records have been released.

If you go to the Judicial Watch site it looks like the Navy has refused to release further documents but recognizes that there are more. http://www.judicialwatch.org

Is there a way to ask the Navy for a copy of the request Kerry made for his records? He may technically be telling the truth, that his website has the documents the Navy sent him, but he may have only asked for specific documents.

Notice the quick change from "all my" to "the" documents. I guess it depends on what your definition of "all" is.

This is big news. John O'Neill and the SBVT people must be salivating. Bush now has serious ammunition to go after Kerry - the US Navy confirms that all of his records are not posted at Kerry's web site. And all those Kerry campaign people who flatly stated that all the records were there have suffered credibility hits, to say the least.

Kerry did not authorize the release of 31 medical records, and this fuels continued speculation over his discharge records (both as to whether he has his own copies that he didn't release and the bigger question regarding when he was actually honorably discharged).
