How can he be downgraded to a loser? He was an effing loser last time I checked. Isn't effing loser lower than just straight loser?

I saw his new 'salute' photo today and also got a big laugh from it. It just screams LOSER, doesn't it? I can't find it on the web either.

"Is it as good as the pics of him at the soul food restaurant?"
I didn't see those pictures
anybody have them?

This is the Oath of Enlistment of the National Guard. It is evident that the members attending are faithful to it.
``I do hereby acknowledge to have voluntarily enlisted this __ day of ____, 19_, in the ______ National Guard of the State of ______ for a period of __ year(s) under the conditions prescribed by law, unless sooner discharged by proper authority. ``I, ________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State of ______ against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to them; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of ______ and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God.''

"Really! This is strange. I would have been humiliated. Heard there was some sort of commotion in the back of the room. Do you know if that's accurate (as opposed to authentic) and what it was?"
Pretty sure it was a mass exit to the coat room!
Humiliated? Kerry and humiliation?
He said that Dean would be part of his administration on Imus and Albright and "walk out of the 911 commisiion" Joe Biden. So humiliation for Kerry, naaaaah!!!!!

The applause meter is low, but the commie BS-meter is pegged!
To: areafiftyone
what is the applause meter like? Seriously, it sounded as if he was speaking alone in a giant cave. I watched it for about 3 minutes before CNN mercifully broke away. I didn't hear any applause or even a cough. All I could hear was the eerie echo of Kerry's voice.
The contrast with Bush's reception couldn't have been greater.
To: 4mycountry
I was watching it on Fox. What I immediately noticed was that Kerry started his speech off complimenting a lot of different people or groups of people that the audience would naturally applaud. It looked to me that his speech was designed so that he would at least receive some applause. Of course, the applause would not be directed at him, but the main stream media could report that he was well received and that his comments were applauded.
I am sure that the "audio malfunction" that occurred with Fox was intentional. The speech was so boring, and Kerry delivered it with such stiffness that Fox may have been afraid that their viewers were tuning out.

Kerry's made the National Guard the whipping boy of his campaign. He's equated Guard service to draft dodgers and deserters. He's called the war they are fighting wrong, unjust, unnecessary and too expensive. He says he wants to end the "backdoor draft" of the National Guard.
Now he comes to them and expects them to clap at his applause lines?
To: Cricket24
I think I heard 4 people clapping for him. Carville, Begala, Shrum and Cahill?
To: DancingMyRainbow
'at least in Las Vegas people gamble with their own money.' Not always. Sometimes they hastily marry losers who will sponge off them for the rest of their lives.

Some quick thinking Dem staffer kicked the plug out of the wall? LOL!

How can he be downgraded to a loser? He was an effing loser last time I checked. Isn't effing loser lower than just straight loser? He's now a Category 5 loser.

No one would carry the speech because it was an embarrassment to everyone! Applause lines got no applause. Cheer lines got no cheers. Also, it was noted that many "left" to go "back home" (to help with hurricane).
Even Judy Woof-Woof looked like she swallowed a worm when she realized how bad it was.
