Wrong James. James Pierce stands by his authentication, LINDA JAMES does not. Read it carefully.

Read carefully the wording of the professional opinion of James Pierce. He doesn't really authenticate anything.
All he really says is that the signatures on the photocopied questioned documents are consistent and in basic agreement. THIS WOULD IMPLY THAT THEY ARE CONSISTENT WITH EACHOTHER, SINCE HE MAKES NO REFERENCE TO ANY DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE PROVEN TO BE REAL SIGNATURES OF JERRY KILLIAN. NOWHERE DOES HE STATE THAT HE COMPARED THE SIGNATURES ON THE CBS DOCUMENTS TO ANY REAL SIGNATURES OF JERRY KILLIAN.
Similarly, look at the wording he uses regarding the type face. All he says is that the typed-face designs are strongly similar to samples that indicate the same typed-face existed prior to the date in question on th photocopied documents. SIMILAR DOES NOT MEAN THE SAME. ALL TYPED DOCUMENTS HAVE SOME SIMILARITY WITH EACHOTHER AND ALSO WITH COMPUTER GENERERATED DOCUMENTS, BUT THEY DON'T MATCH EACHOTHER.
Which leads to his opinion, "based on what he knows and has examined in the PHOTOCOPIED QUESTIONED DOCUMENTS, the documents are authentic"
IN SUMMATION: ALL HE SAYS IS THAT THE PHOTOCOPIED QUESTIONED DOCUMENTS COMPARE WITH EACHOTHER, THEREFORE THEY ARE AUTHENTIC QUESTIONED DOCUMENTS.
HE WAS SPEAKING IN "CLINTONESQUE"!!!!! (Probably to CYA, you think?)
