This would never happen with socialized medicine...that is a government doctor would never have been arrested or forced to stop practicing medicine...

Thank God he's not a proctologist.

I have always wondered why a man would enter the field of Gynecology anyway... and why a man would EVER let his wife go to a male Gynecologist. What kind of man decides that this is the career path for him ... is it a passion or an obsession? This is not an indictment of all male Gynecologists, but I really have to wonder what the motivation behind their choice is.

In one of the two rape cases, police allegedly matched Momah's DNA with evidence collected from a rape exam of one patient. In that case, it would seem as if Dr. Momah used some other sort of wand for the exam. Not an vaginal ultrasound wand.

In one of the two rape cases, police allegedly matched Momah's DNA with evidence collected from a rape exam of one patient. The state suspended Momah's medical license a year ago. An identical twin, Dr. Dennis Momah, was cleared by the state Health Department of allegations he had impersonated his brother and examined patients. His ID bro would have the same DNA, so how was he cleared? Perhaps via a solid alibi?
This is the second idential twin rape case I've heard of in the past 2 months. There is another case still ongoing where both of the suspect brothers are under suspicion, but the DA can't figure out which one to charge with the crime.

A female nurse MUST be present during examinations.

He was only trying to "practice his love for women"....sorry couldn't resist.

Why wasn't there an assistant in the exam room when these women were being "examined"? I've never been to a gyn (male or female) that this wasn't standard practice, and as far as I knew it was a legal requirement for precisely the reasons of protecting both the patient from anything inappropriate and the doctor from false accusations.
