I saw this interview with Frist and Hastert. Hastert was refering to people who want to legalize drugs in this country, not drug cartels. Chris Wallace brought up drug cartells and Hastert fumbled a little trying to explain what he meant.

Sorry, that excuse doesn't fly. Drug policy lobbyists obviously are not giving money
to Soros.
Hastert needs to apologize and let his "senior moment" fade into history.
