That leaves voters with a clear choice: ....To vote for Bush or sit this one out.

If the conservative assault on Kerry as a waffler has been effective, it's in part because it contains a degree of truth. I'll say.

But if Kerry truly did take Bush at his word, as he now claims, then this campaign is for naught because he is too big a fool to serve as president. Wow, even the AJC can only give him a backhanded puff piece.

Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Israel are in our column.
That makes the left very nervous when they look at a map and see Saudia Arabia, Syria and Iran are left.
Bush is the man in the arena.

I've had email correspondence with Bookman. He's a true girly-man.

"Those who believe that invading Iraq has harmed rather than enhanced our nation's security should cast a vote for Kerry,
who now shares that sentiment."Depends on the time of day, whether Kerry shares that sentiment.
"I actually shared that sentiment, before I flip-flopped against it."

....Second, he could not conceive that the Bush administration would bungle the operation as badly as it has. All Kerry knows is where to find the band aid box.
To: Cincinatus' Wife
It is all about the war, stupid. First it was whether we should go, then it was where were WMD and now the "war is lost." In all instances they arrive at a conclusion and you are supposed to disprove the negative. But it sells.

a man who learned firsthand about the tragedy of fighting an ill-conceived war with no clear-cut goals agreed to commit another generation to another such war. I stopped reading here, because this is where the writer lost creditability.

The underlying unspoken assumption is that there will not be another 9/11 or worse in the next four years, or if there is, there is no need to do anything about it. Every war is optional, even WWII. (We lost 2500 at Pearl Harbor. Then we lost 400,000 because we decided to do something about it, many against Germany which was not at Pearl Harbor. Libs would call that good money after bad.)

They want to cut and run again.
They don't want the U.S. to win.
They don't want a U.S. superpower.
They're fools.
