I was about to say that the wealthy tax evaders on Grand Cayman should take their tax free funds and enjoy the rebuilding effort.

The American tax payer is carrying enough of the load.

Youbetcha. Kofi is all over it ... He will convene a meeting to discuss drawing up an outline for a proposed plan to begin looking into a series of seminars in exotic locations catered with the finest foods and chefs from around the world where they will discuss a possible response that can be taken by member states in a multilateral fashion. They will send the bill for all of this to US taxpayers. The proposed plan will be made publicly available in 2006, with follow-on seminars to discuss ramifications of sending help to the Caymans some time in 2008.
