We're only talking about a company of MPs, for a week. A rapid mobilization drill. I know they're already strapped, just designate a guard unit which is scheduled to rotate to Iraq. A couple of transport planes, that's it. One week, to reestabish law and order, until we can ferry in constables from other islands.
The way I was brought up, if your neighbor needs help, you try to give it. Especially a good neighbor, as this one is.
